Are all your materials organic?

Yes! All of our products are made from GOTS-certified undyed organic cotton. (GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.) We don't use any harsh chemical agents to artificially soften our fabrics - they're just naturally cozy. Our dyes are water-based, not chemical-based. Our snaps are nickel-free. We ship in mailers made from 100% recycled content, which reduces our reliance on virgin plastics, landfill waste, packaging materials, and shipping costs. Our mailers can (and should!) be be reused and recycled. Even our stickers, packaging paper, and shipping labels are eco-friendly! Check out our friends at EcoEnclose for more great information. 

Where can I see your products in person before deciding to purchase? 

For now we are just molecules floating in space.  However, if you're in LA or NYC we'd love to meet for a glass of wine and a sample sharing sesh.  Contact us!

Why are you charging me immediately upon making my purchase?

Inventory management is one of the biggest contributors to waste and high costs in apparel. Instead of guessing what you want and producing goods in advance (like most retailers), we produce goods based on what you actually buy. This means we don't have to build markdown dollars into our pricing or pay to get rid of excess inventory. Also, we're an infant company (literally!) and being able to use revenue from your purchases allows us to pay for materials as we manufacture, which reduces waste, risk, and helps us deliver the best possible product and customer service to you!

Can I extend my subscription?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel subscriptions, as we use pre-orders and pre-paid shipments to manage inventory and keep costs and waste down. However, if your order has not yet been processed and you've changed your mind, we can cancel the subscription if you contact us. If you're really unhappy, please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a solution. We don't want to cause any crying on our watch! Crying is for babies, not baby businesses. 

What shipping options are available?

What's the deal with taxes?

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California and New York. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
